RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A pre-emptory docket hearing in Ray County was continued Monday, because the defendant had not yet been assigned a public defender.

The hearing for Justice D. Dothage, 19, of Richmond, is now scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on June 12, in the Associate Court of Ray County. Richmond Police arrested Dothage in May of this year and he is now charged with two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child and a misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
