RAY COUNTY, Mo. – An Excelsior Springs man waived his preliminary hearing in Ray County Wednesday morning.
At a pre-emptory docket hearing at 9:30 a.m., yesterday morning, Daniel R. Endsley, 33, waived the reading of the charges against him, entered a not guilty plea and waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Endsley was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fail to properly signal a turn and failing to drive on the right half of roadway after a traffic stop in May of this year.
An arraignment in Division III is scheduled for 9:00 a.m., on December 6, 2018.
