Raymond “Punch” Francis Long, 98, of Salisbury, MO, died Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Chariton Park Health Care Center in Salisbury. Raymond was born October 15, 1921 in New Cambria, MO the son of Anthony John and Katherine Frances (Noll) Long.

Raymond was a lifelong area resident and farmer. He was a member of the St. Mary’s of the Angel Catholic Church in Wien, MO.

Raymond is survived by his sister Berniece “Dude” Maag of Salisbury, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Chief ARM Eugene Long, sisters Thelma Fessler, Genevieve Gladbach, brothers-in-law Andy Fessler, Hurbert Gladbach and Leo Maag, and niece Laura Maag Pearman.

Visitation is Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 9-10:00 a.m., with Mass of Christian Burial following at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Mary’s of the Angel Catholic Church in Wien, MO. Burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Wien. Memorials may be made to the St. Mary’s Cemetery. Services entrusted to Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury, MO.
