Green Hills Community Action Agency’s Housing Assistance program provides rental assistance for persons living in the following counties: Caldwell, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Linn, Livingston, Mercer, Putnam, and Sullivan.
Income qualifications varies based on the county of residence. For example, a family of 1 may have an annual household income of $16,000 in Grundy County, while a family of 4 may have an income of $22,850 to qualify for rental assistance. In Caldwell County, a family of 1 may have an annual income of $24,700, while a family of 4 may have an income of $35,250 to qualify for the program. Persons are encouraged to call for more information regarding income guidelines for their county.
