RAY COUNTY, MO – A Lexington man must appear in Ray County court Tuesday morning for a peremptory docket hearing for illegal drug and firearm possession.
Court documents list an 8:30 a.m. hearing for Joseph Z. Robinson, 19 who entered a not guilty plea to felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance unlawful possession of a firearm. He is also accused of three traffic-related misdemeanors.
Robinson was stopped by law enforcement September 11 for driving over the speed limit and operating without a license.
Robinson also has outstanding warrants from the Springfield area for resisting arrest.
He remains jailed in Ray County, where he is held on $50,000 bond, cash or surety allowed.
