A Lexington resident with a history of criminal charges and convictions was taken into custody this week for a probation violation and is in court today for a case review.

According to the Richmond Police Department, 22-year-old Shane M. Wilson was arrested on a felony Lafayette County Warrant for the original charge of felony forgery Monday.

Wilson was given probation in lieu of a 7 year prison sentence after pleading guilty in January. After failing to report for his 120 day shock incarceration in March the warrant was issued.

Wilson is now at risk of serving the full 7 year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
