The Richmond City Council discussed changing an area on the West end of town to an I-1 Industrial District at Tuesday night’s meeting. City administrator Ron Brohammer says the building was a tractor sales agency, a cars sales agency, and possibly a car repair shop in the past. The Council approved the ordiance by a vote of 7-1. Council also looked at an ordinance concerning a right-of-way dedication for Camden Circle. Council postponed that motion.
