Arnette Limited of Richmond has agreed to pay more than 90-thousand dollars to settle claims by the Environmental Protection Agency. According to the consent agreement, the agency inspected one facility in Richmond in 2008, and found it was operating as a hazardouse waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility without a permit. An inspection a year later at a different location found the company had failed to submit required reports to the EPA and the state about quantities of certain toxic chemicals at the location for a three year period.
