The Richmond City Council heard concerns from citizens during their regular meeting Tuesday night.

Wright says after a statement made by a resident they started to reconsider an ordinance involving all terrain vehicles, utility vehicles, golf carts, and similar vehicles.
Wright goes on to say, after the compelling story from a resident, they started to rethink things and tabled the issue and they will make changes to the potential ordinance at future meetings.
Council also passed ordinances restricting animals at special events, an intergovernmental agreement with MoDOT to provide water service and a code was amended regarding mowing of the right of way adjacent to private property.
