The evening will begin with a work session to discuss construction plans for the new waste water treatment plant. “This is getting close to the final plan and proposal,” said Brohammer,” The facility plan has been approved by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. The engineering firm now is going into the final design. They have some construction company estimates and they will make that presentation to the public works committee.”
Other items on the agenda include a report from the finance committee to amend the fiscal year 2012 budget by $6,000 and discussion of a treatment system for an upgrade of the new waste water treatment plant.
The work session will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will be followed by the regular meeting at 6:30 p.m.
