RAY COUNTY, Mo. — A Richmond man was arrested under the suspicion of drug possession Tuesday afternoon.

Michael J. Freese, 30, was arrested in Ray County at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday under the assumption of felony possession of a controlled substance and felony forgery.

Additionally, Freese was allegedly in misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, and driving with expired registration and while revoked.

Freese was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Ray County Jail.
