RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Richmond man, on probation after pleading guilty to drug charges in 2018, has a violation hearing in Ray County today.
Joseph D. Grieme, 18,entered into a plea agreement in September of 2018 that suspended imposition of sentence for two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs. Grieme was fined $200.00 on a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia charge and placed on five years supervised probation on the other allegations.
The hearing begins at 9:00 a.m. this morning.
