The Richmond Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying a man they believe made lewd comments to two juvenile females.  The first incident occurred Thursday evening near Grandview and Gardner Streets, according to the police report.  In the second case, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Royle Street.  Both victims described the suspect as an older white male with a “scruffy” beard.  He was reportedly driving a dirty, silver color, newer style hatchback.  Anyone with information is being asked to call Richmond PD at (816) 776-5826.

On 03-15-2012 at 6:22 p.m. a Richmond officer was dispatched to the area of Grandview and Gardner Street in reference to an adult male suspect making lewd comments to a juvenile female girl as the girl walked down the street.

On 03-16-2012 at 7:17 p.m. a Richmond officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Royle Street in reference to an adult male suspect making lewd comments to a juvenile female as the girl was riding her bicycle.

In both instances the victims described the suspect and gave similar descriptions leading investigators to believe it is the same man.  The suspect is described as an older white male with a “scruffy” beard.  In one case the suspects was described as bald while in the other case the suspect was wearing a hat. The suspect vehicle was described as dirty silver in color newer style hatchback.
