RAY COUNTY, Mo. — A child enticement case involving a Richmond woman goes to a motion hearing Tuesday afternoon.
Pretrial motions are scheduled to be heard in a case against 36-year-old Patricia Smith, who stands accused of child enticement.
Charges were filed after the mother of a 14-year-old girl found online messages from Smith, asking the child to have sex with her co-defendant, Danny DeClue.
DeClue was sentenced for his role in 2017.
The hearing of Smith’s case in Ray County is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
