RAYVILLE, Mo. — A Rayville man is facing likely charges once he recovers from injuries sustained in a Thursday night motorcycle crash in Ray County.

According to the report filed by the Missouri Highway Patrol, Farin Deck, 53, swerved to miss a vehicle that slowed in front of him and ran off Highway 10 at Route M.

Deck, who suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Excelsior Springs Hospital, is accused of felony DWI, failing to comply with the cycle’s interlock ignition, no motorcycle endorsement and failure to drive on right half of roadway by the patrol.
