The Carroll County Dispatch center is advising motorists to use caution on 24 Highway, at CR 353, just west of V Highway Monday morning.
The roadway will be down to one lane until further notice. Authorities are not releasing further information. Unconfirmed reports of a motor vehicle crash were received in the early morning in the vicinity, as well as downed power lines.
Additional reports by Missouri Highway Patrol indicate a vehicle crash east of 139 Highway, involved Brittany Quinn, 22 of Holden. The vehicle struck a utility pole.
She was sent to Carroll County Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries.
