A Kansas City resident, formerly of Norborne, 69-year-old Robert “Bob” Wininger died Tuesday, March 10th. Memorial services will be Friday, March 20th at 2 p.m. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville. Arrangements are under the direction of Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond.
