An accident in Saline County Monday evening resulted in injuries for three Marshall men.

The driver, Kyle Riley, 27, and Erik Swanson, 28,  refused treatment for minor to moderate conditions. A second passenger, Warren Kasper, 23, was not wearing a safety device. He was transported to Fitzgibbon Hospital.

The Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred as Riley was westbound on Mo-240. He crossed the center line, traveled off the left side of the roadway, then traveled off the right side of the road, and overturned.

Riley was later arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, but formal charges have not been filed.
