A counsel status hearing of an Arkansas man this past week was continued in Saline County. Matthew Wyatt, 19, is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old in April.
According to the probable cause statement, he had taken prescription pills and cannot remember having intercourse with his sister’s friend. The incident allegedly took place at a home on Route C in Saline County on April 8th.
Wyatt has been charged with second-degree child molestation and is now scheduled for another hearing on July 3rd at 9 a.m. Wyatt is currently out on a $2,000 bond.
