RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. — Felony drug charges have been filed in Randolph County against a Salisbury resident accused of drug distribution near a preschool and daycare.
According to a probable cause statement filed Thursday in a Randolph County courtroom, an undercover officer with the North Missouri Drug Task Force purchased one-half gram of methamphetamine from Jacob Scott Wilhelm, 28, just over 700 feet from the Moberly Head Start and Daycare in October of 2017.
Wilhelm faces a single felony count of distribution of drugs in a protected location.
Wilhelm is currently behind bars at the Fulton Reception & Diagnostic Center. He is held on $20,000 bond, cash only.
Future court dates have not yet been scheduled.
