The Sedalia 200 School District is proud to present their newest facility. “We will be having a ribbon cutting ceremony and a community celebration for the Jennie Jaynes Activities Complex and Smith-Cotton Complex,” Satnan exclaimed, “This is a fantastic new complex that was built behind Smith-Cotton High School, on land adjacent to the high school. It includes a football stadium and track, state of the art facilities.”

Tonight’s event will be taking place from 5:30 through 7 p.m. and everyone is invited to attend. “There will be some comments from Dr. Jeffrey Sharp, who is President of our board of education,” explained Satnan, “As well as from Superintendent Brad Pollitt. We will do a ribbon cutting and then we will invite folks to come in and check the stadium for themselves. A highlight of the home football locker room is these wonderful, wooden lockers with tip down shoulder pad and helmet supports that were engineered and created by our own maintenance staff.”
