The Sedalia City Council has a number of items on the agenda for their regular City Council meeting Tuesday night. Click to hear KMZU’s Bob Allen talk with City Administrator Gary Edwards.
Council will review a resolution authorizing Mayor Elaine Horn the ability to request legislation from the National Guard.
The inquiry is for additional land for the new Fire Station and the National Guard has a facility at the site of the building.
Other items on the agenda include a demolition bid along East 12th Street, an ordinance amending a resolution between the city and the county, and a resolution for the 2011 Emergency Shelter Grant form the Missouri Department of Social Services Family Support Division.
The Sedalia City Council meets at 6:30 p.m. for a work session in the Mayor’s Conference Room followed by the regular Council meeting at 7 p.m.
