The ordinance was approved with a 4-3 vote, minus an absent member. The Company’s Attorney Curtis Holland says that absent vote caused the ordinance not to pass. Click to hear Curtis Holland.
In other council business, nine liquor licenses were approved for area businesses and Septagon was named the construction manager for the future fire station.
