“We will be hearing our 2011-2012 audit results,” said Edwards,” The audit report will indicate that it’s a good audit and good numbers.  We are please to hear that and the council will get all of the details during that presentation.”

Those results will be given during a work session held prior to the meeting.  Items on the regular agenda include the review and approval of a bid for a demolition project at 203 and 204 West Main Street, review of three ordinances related to recommendations from the Clean Up Sedalia committee, discussion regarding the purchase of four car video cameras for the police department, and a resolution declaring the intent of the city with respect to adding repairs of the library to previous financing of $6.2 million.

The work session will begin at 6:15 p.m. and will be immediately followed by the regular meeting.
