PETTIS COUNTY, Mo. – A Milan resident is being held at the Pettis County Jail on charges from Sedalia and Linn County.
Sedalia Police arrested Jacob D. Dykes, 39, around 5:20 Tuesday morning near 3rd and Limit in Sedalia. There was a traffic warrant out of Linn County for fail to display plates on a vehcle. During his arrest, Sedalia Officers alleged he was in felony possession of a controlled substance, felony tampering with evidence and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
A Pettis County warrant has been issued for Dykes with a $70,000 cash or surety bond and no court date has been set.
