Sedalia Police arrested two people with numerous felony charges early Wednesday morning. Reports from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office indicate officers arrested Richard Gilmore, 31, in the 1000 block of East 10th Street at about 3:30 a.m. Gilmore was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with unlawful transaction with a child, endangering the welfare of a child and manufacturing a controlled substance in a residence with a child. Gilmore was taken to the Pettis County Jail pending an investigation.
Arrested at the same location at the same time was Halee Kinner, 29. She was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute, possession of more than 35 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kinner was also charged with abuse of a child, manufacturing more than 5 grams of marijuana in a residence with a child and unlawful transaction with a child. Kinner was taken to the Pettis County Jail pending an investigation.
