UPDATE: The city of Sedalia has lifted the boil advisory for the area of South Grand Avenue to South Marshall Avenue from Broadway Boulevard to 32nd Street. 

 

SEDALIA, Mo.—The City of Sedalia announced in a press release that the parameters of the current boil advisory have been extended.

As of Friday, Sept. 13th the Public Works Department of Sedalia has broadened the boil advisory to now include the area of South Grand Avenue to South Marshall Avenue from Broadway Boulevard to 32nd Street. The advisory is in effect until further notice. During a boil advisory it is suggested to boil water for three to five minutes to purify it for consumption. Any resident noticing unclean or cloudy water should notify the Sedalia Water Division by calling (660)826-1236.
