The Federal Emergency Management Association, state, and local representatives met Thursday morning in Saline County to assess preliminary damages during the week of the blizzard at the end of January. Public assistance specialist for the State Emergency Management Agency Patrick Duncan says they are meeting with residents to review 2 different costs from the snowstorm.
If residents or jurisdictions missed the session, they can contact the County. Carroll County meet earlier this week to give FEMA their snowstorm costs. Commissioner Neilson Heil says they are waiting to hear back about receiving money.
