JEFFERSON CITY, MO – A bill moving through the Missouri Senate would allow businesses to test their employees for THC.

The bill, SB 610, is sponsored by David Sater of Cassville. Current and prospective employees could be tested for marijuana, and medical marijuana under the legislation. The bill would also allow businesses to prohibit forms of marijuana, and its use.

Sater’s bill was under consideration last week in the Small Business and Industry Committee. A previous version of the bill failed last year in the same committee.
