A Bethany man’s sentencing hearing was rescheduled this week.  Tony King, 29, was convicted in May of killing his seven-year-old son, then burning their trailer with the body inside.

King’s attorney filed the motion for the delay on Wednesday, citing events at the jail and King’s mental state.  King was scheduled to appear that day, but will now be sentenced for murder, arson, and child abuse on July 12th at 1:30.
