James P. E. Haight, 19, was free on bond after pleading guilty in May, to setting fire to a railroad bridge South of Chillicothe. In a plea agreement that is no longer valid, Haight pleaded guilty to felony property damage in exchange for dismissal of a felony knowingly burning charge. The agreement was void when Haight failed to appear for a July 9, 2019 sentencing hearing.

Haight is due in court at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon.
