indexCLAY COUNTY, Mo – Multiple warrants were issued for a Kansas City man arrested October 25, 2015 in the early morning.

Missouri Highway Patrol intercepted Howard L. Freeman, 38, for failure to maintain a minimum speed on an interstate highway.  Preliminary charges listed against Freeman included:  driving while intoxicated – persistent offender, felony driving while revoked, tampering with a motor vehicle, and felony possession of a controlled substance.  A felony warrant, and six misdemeanor warrants had been issued for Freeman.

He was held for 24 hours at the Clay County Detention Center.
