The State Fair Community College Sedalia Campus is hosting their 2015 Spring Concerts, Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th, beginning at 5:30 each evening. “It’s a fun group,” expressed Kelchner, “They’re not all music majors; they come from all sorts of programs. We’ve got Ag majors and Liberal Arts majors that just love to perform and love to sing and they really put their heart into it. March is actually ‘Music in Our Schools’ month so they have picked some selections they are going to have a lot of fun with. They are just such talented students and we’re very proud of them. There is going to be a lot of fun and we’re ready for some spring music and some spring fun.”

Tickets are only $6 per person or $3 per person for groups of 10 or more during the night’s festivities. “We’ll have three performance groups that evening,” Kelchner explained the nights itinerary, “The Chamber Choir, The Jazz Choir, and the Jazz Runners Jazz Band and so they’ll be performing music anywhere from the renaissance to the modern eras, so it’s classical, jazz, gospels and popular styles. It’s going to be a fun evening between the singing and band performances.”

Tickets can be purchased at the SFCC Box Office by calling 660-596-7387 on online at
