SHELBY COUNTY, Mo. — A Clarence, Missouri, man is facing formal drug charges in Shelby County.
Charging documents indicate Jared D. Bentley grew and sold marijuana at his residence, which was located within 2,000 feet of Clarence Elementary School. He was arrested when local police executed a search warrant Monday.
Charges listed against Bentley include manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Bond is set at $20,000.
