A Smithville man was taken to the hospital following a one vehicle accident Sunday night in Saline County.
The Highway Patrol reports 20 year old Robert Harvey was eastbound on I-70 near the 81 mile marker.
He ran off the road and overturned.
Harvey was taken to Fitzgibbon Hospital with moderate injuries.
The wreck is under investigation with charges pending.
