LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. – A South Carolina driver is in custody this morning, after drug and firearm allegations in Lafayette County early this morning.
The Missouri Highway Patrol arrest report indicates Justin T. Ahl, 19, of Easley, South Carolina, was taken into custody during a car stop around 1:43 Wednesday morning. Ahl was stopped for driving without headlights before being arrested for alleged felony possession of cocaine, unlawful use of a firearm, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Ahl is on a 24 hour hold pending filing of formal charges.
