LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. – A South Carolina driver is in custody this morning, after drug and firearm allegations in Lafayette County early this morning.

The Missouri Crime-Arrest-Web-Graphic_20100616125838_320_240Highway Patrol arrest report indicates Justin T. Ahl, 19, of Easley, South Carolina, was taken into custody during a car stop around 1:43 Wednesday morning. Ahl was stopped for driving without headlights before being arrested for alleged felony possession of cocaine, unlawful use of a firearm, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Ahl is on a 24 hour hold pending filing of formal charges.
