BOONE COUNTY, Mo.- A Columbia man was apprehended by the Missouri State Highway Patrol Saturday, July 22, 2017, and faces drug allegations following a high-speed pursuit.
According to the filed arrest report, Raymond Sutton, 35, was reportedly traveling over 100 mph in a 65 mph zone. Sutton is now being charged with felony delivery of marijuana, felony resisting arrest, felony tampering with physical evidence, unlawful use of a weapon and speeding.
Details about the pursuit are limited in the report but Sutton was transported to the Boone County Detention Center. Sutton has since posted bond pending the filing of formal charges.
