The Meadville boys and girls both won their district tournament brackets. The Lady Eagles (23 – 5) will now move into sectional play against Marion County (27 – 0) tonight (Tues) at 6. The Meadville boys (29 – 0) will also face Marion County (26 – 1) this evening; that game is scheduled for a 7:45 tip off. Both games will be held at Truman State University in Kirksville.

On the girls side Glasgow (23 – 4) tips off against Chamois (20 – 4) Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Smith Cotton High School in Sedalia.

The Southwest (Livingston County) (25 -1) girls play St. Joe Christian (21 – 6) Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Missouri Western.

The Braymer boys (20 – 7) take on St. Joe Christian (22 – 6) Tuesday at 7:45 p.m. from Missouri Western.

The Glasgow (23 – 5) boys will face St. Elizabeth (15 – 10) Tuesday at 7:45 p.m. from Smith Cotton High School in Sedalia.

The Lafayette County C-1 Husker boys won Class 3 District 15 Friday night with a win over Richmond. The Huskers are now 26 – 2 on the season, and up next they travel to Excelsior Springs High School. Lafayette County C-1 will face a 22 – 6 Cameron team Wednesday night at 7 p.m. Mike Stone will have that broadcast on 103.9 FM and streaming at krli.net.

The Lawson team got the golden ticket out of Class 3 District 15 on the girls side. They will now face Cameron Wednesday night at 5 p.m. from Excelsior Springs High School. Both the Lawson and Cameron girls teams are 24 – 4 on the year so far.

Santa Fe (21 – 6) will take on Osceola (19 – 9) in a boys matchup Wednesday at 7:45 p.m. at Clinton High School

The Tipton boys take their 20 – 8 record to face Salisbury (27 – 1) in the sectional round Wednesday night at 7:45 p.m. from Smith-Cotton High School in Sedalia.
