MONITEAU COUNTY, Mo. — A warrant has been issued for a St. Joe man for sexual assault charges in Moniteau County.
Michael Cartner was charged Friday (8/28) with first-degree sodomy and second-degree kidnapping for an August 3rd incident in California, Mo.
An initial bond has been set at $250,000.
