ANDREW COUNTY, Mo—A St. Joseph man faces charges after a traffic stop in Andrew County this afternoon Sunday afternoon.

Just a little before 2 p.m. Oct. 12, 57-year-old Joe D. Jones of St. Joseph was stopped by a state trooper and found to be driving while intoxicated. He is accused of habitual DWI and faces a felony charge for the offense. He is also charged for not registering his vehicle. Jones was put on a 24-hour hold at the Andrew County Sheriff’s Office.
