A Columbia man will be in Pettis and Saline County courtrooms Monday afternoon. The first is in Saline for a pre-trial conference at 2 p.m. Court records indicate Jeremy Futscher, 33, is charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Receiving Stolen Property, Driving While Revoked and another moving violation. He will go before a jury June 17th. In a separate case, this time in Pettis County, Futscher faces one count of receiving stolen property. He was charged in March and will appear in court at 3:30 p.m. for a hearing. Futscher is out on $5,000 bond.
