A two-block section of East Third Street in Chillicothe is going to close on Monday.  The road will be shut down between Washington and Vine Streets for about a month.  Click to hear KMZU’s Chelsea Wade talk with Street Superintendent Barry Arthur:

“They’re going to be pouring concrete, replacing the curbs and gutters, and fixing pedestrian crossings to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA),” Arthur said.  “This project is expected to be completed by the time school starts, which is in the middle to latter part of August.”
