COLUMBIA, Mo. — Police in Columbia have identified the suspect in a double shooting reported August 29. According to the Columbia Police Department, officers are no searching for Mylonyo “Lonnie” Tramire Cunningham, 23, of Columbia.
Officers were initially called to Peachtree Drive just before 2:00 a.m. August 29 to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officials found two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were immediately transported to the hospital and are in stable condition.
A warrant from the Boone County Court was issued Tueday for Cunningham’s arrest in connection with the double shooting. The warrant includes two counts of Felony Assault in the First Degree and two counts of Armed Criminal Action with no bond.
Columbia Police are warning that Cunningham, who goes by Lonnie, should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Columbia Police Department immediately, or CrimeStoppers hotline at (573) 875 – TIPS (8477).
