A Lexington resident will appear in a Carroll County courtroom Wednesday morning for a hearing on the charges of one count of theft/stealing, burglary, and stealing motor fuel. 20-year-old Jason Spease and two other accomplices are accused of stealing chainsaws and gasoline in rural Carroll County in March.  The hearing for Spease gets underway at 9 a.m.
