RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. – A Moberly man waived his formal arraignment Monday on sexual assault charges in Randolph County.
Clyde Williams, 26, was charged in June with felony counts of sodomy in the second degree and assault in the third degree. The victim told police that Williams sexually assaulted her multiple times on the 11th of June.
Williams was ordered to appear at 1:30 p.m. on September 16, 2019 for a setting preliminary hearing.
