Joshua Garner, 22, and Jeffery Gannan, 31, both of Lexington, are jailed on felony charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and stealing.  A third, unidentified suspect remains at-large.  All three men are accused of stealing numerous dirt bikes, motorcycles, and an ATV.  Rector said most of the items have been recovered.

Gannan’s bond has been set at $15,000, according to online court records.  He is scheduled to appear for a hearing on Aug. 21 at 9:00 a.m.

Missouri’s case management system does not show a bond amount or future legal proceedings for Garner.  Rector said additional charges are pending against Garner.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the third suspect are being asked to contact the Lexington Police Department at (660) 259-6321.
