CARROLL COUNTY, Mo. – A Sweet Springs man has pleaded guilty to a felony drug charge in Carroll County.

At a Tuesday morning arraignment for Gabriel M. Cox, 20, the prosecutor filed an amended petition, reducing a drug trafficking charge to felony delivery of a controlled substance. After Cox changed his plea, the court accepted the plea agreement. Cox received a suspended imposition of sentence and order to be on probation for five years under the supervision of the Board of Probation and Parole.

Cox was charged after cocaine was found during a traffic stop by Carrollton Police.
