MONITEAU COUNTY, MO – A Sweet Springs resident is facing formal charges after a warrant issued yesterday in Moniteau County.
The county Sheriff’s Office says Baily Gillpatrick, 22, of Sweet Springs, was arrested for being in possession of methamphetamine, and violation of bond conditions, for which she is now held without bond. Deputies responded Sunday to a perceived traffic violation, making contact with Gillpatrick, and two other occupants. Also arrested were Clayton Pace, and Sidney Rodriguez, both of Jefferson City.
Bond amounts for Pace and Rodriguez, are $35,000 and $25,000 respectively. Future hearings are pending.
