LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – A Chillicothe teen is back in custody after violating a condition of his supervised bond in Livingston County.
James P. E. Haight, 18, is charged with knowingly burning and first degree property damage over an October 2018 fire at a railroad bridge South of Chillicothe. Haight agreed to special conditions when he was allowed to sign a recognizance bond in February of this year.
After the court received a violation report from Supervision Services, Haight was arrested on a warrant Monday and held on a $20,000 cash only bond.
