CASS COUNTY, Mo. – A teen accused in a Cass County road rage shooting is scheduled to appear for a hearing this morning.

Authorities say no one was injured when someone fired into a family car as it returned to Belton from a September shopping trip in Raymore. A probable cause statement says Raymond Harris, III, 18, of Grandview was one of three occupants of the suspect vehicle. Harris is charged with felony accessory to unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

A case review is set to take place at 9:00 a.m in the morning.
